Step 3: Delivery
We offer delivery, usually on a Friday, this is added to your cart at the end. We deliver in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Early delivery can be arranged on request.
Step 4: Enjoy & record
Your guests pick up the phone, listen to your
pre-recorded message and then record messages for you after the "beep", and enjoy the neon glow—memories captured forever!

If you ever misplace your copy, simply contact us within 2 years of your event date and we’ll send you a replacement file at no charge.

Questions
What is an audio guestbook?
An audio guestbook is a vintage style phone that lets your guests leave voice messages during your event. Instead of signing a book, they pick up the phone, hear your greeting, and record a personal message. You’ll receive all the recordings digitally after your event.
How does the phone work?
It’s very simple! Your guests pick up the receiver, hear your pre-recorded greeting, and leave a message after the beep. Once they hang up, the message is automatically saved.
Do I need Wi-Fi or electricity?
Nope! The phone is completely self-contained and battery-powered, so it works anywhere — indoors or outdoors (as long as it’s kept safe from rain, dust, and direct sunlight) BUT the neon lights will need a powerpoint.
Can I record my own greeting?
Yes! You can record a personal greeting before your event (we’ll guide you through it!).
What are the delivery fees?
We currently deliver to Johannesburg and Pretoria. The delivery fee is R200. This also includes the pick-up fee after your event.
What do I receive after my event?
You’ll receive a digital folder with all your guest recordings within 3–5 days after your event. We also include a complimentary 2-year backup of your files, so if you ever misplace your copy, we can send you a replacement.
How much does it cost to rent?
Our packages start from R2 000 for the audio phone only. We also offer bundles with neon signs. Visit our Book now page for full details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a R500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This is refunded within 5 business days after the items are returned in good, working condition.
